Hey y’all!
I got a job opportunity in Prague and I’ve been trying to get some place to stay. I don’t speak Czech, but I got recommendations to look for flatshare on www.sreality.cz and I’ve found some ok rooms I’d be interested in. However, no one seems to reply to my e-mails.
I’ve been emailing both the e-mail they have on the ad-page and any other they might have associated with that location (sometimes there are some company contact as well)
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!

I used expats.cz to find my apartment. You might be running into the problem that Prague is at capacity with recent Ukrainian refugees arriving. I have a few refugee friends and they’ve told me social workers are telling refugees that Prague is full and there are no apartments in the city.
If the listing is at least a few days old, they have already received tens or hundreds of emails. So yours is somewhere in line.
Also they will generally prefer Czech emails.
Calls are king in this case.
Well, demand is really high at the moment with many thousands UA refugees. You have to be fast on the trigger. Try [expats.cz](https://expats.cz) or Facebook groups like this one: [https://www.facebook.com/groups/PrahaBydleni/](https://www.facebook.com/groups/PrahaBydleni/)
