Prince Harry just won a review in his ongoing bid to win back official security in the U.K., a huge step that could allow him to travel safely to England with his family. And according to sources, he’ll potentially be planning some major moves when/if he’s back in the United Kingdom.
Take all this with a grain of salt, but Rob Shuter’s ShuterScoop claims Harry is laying the groundwork for “a fully functioning royal court in Britain” that will “rival” Prince William.
“He’s been playing the long game,” an insider claims. “Harry wants legitimacy. He wants to operate in the U.K. on his own terms-meetings, charitable work, high-level engagements-without being treated like a guest in his own country.”
Another source explains that, for Harry, “This isn’t just about security. It’s about creating a separate royal ecosystem. He’s building a court, and he’s doing it carefully.”
Yet another source says “William has his court. Harry wants his. This isn’t about a return to the family-it’s about competing with them,” and another person-in-the-know adds “The security decision is just the first domino. Once it’s in place, Harry can quietly expand his influence without anyone really noticing-until it’s too late.”
No word from sources close to the royals on any of this speculation, but stay tuned!
