  1. Haha.
…but they only moved it round the corner. Not even the inconvenience of someone having to go fetch it from the pound.

  2. # Rolls Royce towed in supercar parking ‘crackdown’

  3. Not that I encourage such blatant flouting of the rules, but walked past there last week and there were some beautiful cars there.

All covered in parking tickets with Saudi plates, did wonder how long they’d get away with it. Turns out the answer was just another week.

  4. Solution is simple, tow all illegally parked cars instantly. Truck them to some far off dodgy side of town, charge 10% of car value for release and put a clause in it that only the registered owner can collect it so that the entitled wealthy individual has to take the time to travel to a grim part of London (or the country?) to pay a very expensive fine.

If money is immaterial then you’re fining them with the time and unpleasant experience.

  5. Send it to a recovery yard and give them 2 weeks to collect if not crush it

  6. PCNs are ineffective, so clamp the wheels are charge an exorbitant amount to remove it.

Insane that they use London for their playground and do whatever they want with little, if any consequence.

  7. I hope the council put these removals on their social media.

  8. Fines are for the poor. There was a guy who used to park near where I worked in London in the 90s, had a diplomatic plate, every day his windscreen would be full of tickets, pretty sure he never paid them.
