Just take this picture to brico/hubo/gamma/toolstation and ask there. I’m 99% sure that they sell this.
All diy stores have or at least had an assortment of this. Think hubo gamma brico. I think they are called versterkingshoeken or stoelhoeken. Depends where you ask but if you bring a piece and go to a diy they can show you where to find it.
Bolts and plugskes can also be found there.

The amount of screws and the proportion makes me think these are radiator brackets / hangijzers
Angle brackets or L-brackets. They are so common that even Brico has them (at inflated prices, of course, as it is Brico, but they definitely have them).
