  1. That’s absolutely a batch of testers, gotta make sure your recipe is right

  2. Course they won’t…. Be surprised if they last a day?

  3. Going to be honest: they’re unlikely to make it past tea.

  4. They look delicious. I don’t think you can be too careful though, they do need quality testing.

  5. I’m not being rude pal , but I don’t think they will last until the 12th December.

If you are worried they may be poisonous, happy to try them for safety !!!

  6. There’s two weeks to Christmas! – they wouldn’t see Sunday in my house never mind Christmas.

  7. I’ve got a few variations I use on those:

    – All have onions which I’ve gently fried about 75% of the way there;

    – A few have chili in them – one lucky recipient gets a ghost pepper in there

    – A few have caramelized onions between the sausage meat and pastry

    – And new for this year, a few have apple sauce between the sausage meat and pastry

I normally take them to work. Last year I took in 200. They were all eaten in less then 5 minutes. Only 40 people were in the office…

  8. There’s 37 there, you can take those down by tomorrow

  9. Why wouldn’t you just freeze them raw and cook them when you need them? Or am I missing something?

  10. I mean, if I could eat them all, I would! They look amazing. Make more.

  11. You can cook them from frozen.

You may need to freeze them raw, to prevent the easier snacking

  12. …I mean they would go off by then anyways sooooo…..

  13. I reckon they won’t last till midnight tonight in my household.

  14. I have made 3 batches since the start of December, all were for Christmas and yet none seem to have survived to this week.

  15. Made a batch lot of caramelised onion sausage rolls along with some pork and apple ones… But then placed them on a tray and froze them uncooked. Then boxed them up for xmas.

Won’t be tempted to eat them, and can quickly cook up what I need in 25-30 mins in the air fryer… which surprisingly… is great for puff pastry.
