Let us start with a simple point, the Covid virus replicates quicker in unvaccinated people, increasing the chance of mutations (aka new variants). That unvaccinated person could be the breeding ground for a new and more dangerous variant that is also vaccine resistant.
Instead of bus bans just make those who refuse to be vaccinated (as opposed to those who can’t on medical grounds) face the consequences of their actions. Give them the full bill for their Covid treatment, whether it’s the new pills or the price of hospital treatment. If they pass away the cost can go to their estate.
