According to the ‘Picture This’ app that identifies plants, it’s a Goat Willow (Also known as a Pussy willow – ooer), or Kilmarnock.

Willow!! If you were break off that branch and plonk it straight into the ground, a new tree would grow (providing no herbivore comes along and eats it)
