The airbourne oompa loompas are always mean to me.
It’s a quality that distinguishes them from “low cost” airlines e.g. Ryanair (you might as well be a cow going to slaughter) so they trinna get a temperature check / report it to management.
It is why I fly with them coming back to Ireland from the US. Feels like I really am coming home.
Haven’t had an “economy” seat on a US airline that is anywhere near as pleasant.
I personally don’t give a 10 unless they’re offering reacharounds
The last time I flew air Lingus, the hot hostess was really nice, full of chat and looked after me and my friend with anything we asked for, so I would have gave it an 8 or a 9. Maybe she’s just doing her job, but I was well satisfied
