Trump proudly grants 2024 election criminal ‘a full pardon’, apparently too dumb to know he can’t pardon someone imprisoned on state charges

1. Him trying to pardon Tina Peters is a joke at least Colorado from the Governor down have told him he can go fuck himself. He has no standing, power or precedent to override state convictions! They have already denied her and appeal or release to appeal. She just needs to stay her ass in jail. Colorado one of the only states to stand up to Trump and his thugs. Only one to actually charge and prosecute conspiracy theorists and to try and pull Trump off the ballot for sedition!

3. Trump is certainly a moron. This is obvious.
   But he is also openly willing to challenge and violate the Constitution. And he pays no price for it.
   The Supreme Court supports his daily violations of the document, and of enacted laws.
   They are willing co-conspirators.
   Since he openly violates the U.S. Constitution and dares us to stop him, why would he let any State Constitution get in the way of his fascist takeover?

4. I want to see the judge who chewed out Peters at her sentencing do Trump next.

5. He wants this to go to scotus. If he’s successful he can overturn his 34 count felony conviction by pardoning himself
