    You’re itching for a fight if you’re going to change people’s food. Ask any vegan…

    But I agree with you. I’ve tried to educate people on this exact issue. Unfortunately, it’s a lost cause. It needs to be done gradually, via economic incentives to move people away from unsustainable habits toward better ones. Taxes are the best tool for that. Sadly — tariffs.
