2. The Chinese are going to end up solving climate change by selling solar panels, batteries, evs, etc so cheaply that you’d be stupid to keep burning fossil fuels.

   And western progressives will be left in the dust whining about climate justice and reparations.

   And the maga folks will prop up GM, Ford, Stellantis and let them produce ever shittier, less efficient gas guzzling SUVs and pickup trucks.

3. The fear of climate reparations is why fossil fuel companies have spent billions on anti science propaganda and why they spend billions to buy every government official they can.
