Is the purpose of this article to make people demand less? Do they want pauperization of society?
Edit: I meant that the quoted sentence is not true. The companies do not offer this.
I just checked her linkedin, Camelia Pavel, she is unemployed since July 2025 and yesterday she did a post that she is looking for a job.
She has a podcast so she is good for an article like this?!😂😂 what a joke.
At least bring people that currently work in the firld and have a better grasp on what s going on. It s a senstive subject.
my opinion something is worth, what people agree to pay for it.
i see often on work or carreer forums people being upset that their colleague doing lesser work earns more, my take is tha they negociate harder. a good salesman can sell a fridge to a skimo.
