How would you rate the quality of this man’s German speaking ability?

My question is, how would you rate the quality of his German speaking abilities? If you didn’t know him and were speaking with him over the phone, would you assume that you’re speaking to someone who learned how to speak German at an early age, or as an adult? To be more specific, what’s the quality of his grammar, pronunciation and accent?
