12. People near to me are putting up flags on lamp posts and painting mini roundabouts. I ended up talking to one about it. Quite non confrontational. I asked if he could paint some cock and balls on a couple of massive pot holes in the town that had been driving everyone mad. He looked at me for a few minutes, I think gauging if I was being serious or not. He then agreed. 2 days later, no pot holes. I wish I remembered the guys name, as he is in my opinion now a local hero.
