WANA (Dec 14) – The spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement criticizing what he described as the Israeli regime’s focus on the mass killing of children through the use of technologies and data allegedly provided by American companies.
Esmail Baghaei wrote in a post on the social media platform X, sharing a video of remarks by a United Nations Special Rapporteur:
“The UN Special Rapporteur, Francesca Albanese, explains that the Israeli entity is using data and technologies provided by American companies to commit acts of genocide against the Palestinian people, including the systematic and organized killing of children and infants in the Gaza Strip.
This is systematic brutality, utter barbarity in every sense of the word.”
Baghaei’s statement comes amid ongoing international debate and scrutiny over the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the role of advanced technologies in modern warfare.
