is this from the university of the bleeding obvious? I mean if you put petrol into a mini it wouldn’t be able to manufacture new parts of itself or grow or anything.
What’s mind blowing (to me at least) is they’re finding that the gut microbiome influences how courageous you’re feeling. And therefore behaviour as well.
Which makes intuitive sense as anxiety, for example, often coincides with discomfort in the gut. Why not courageousness.
