Hello everyone,
I will be travelling to Germany June 1st from the US. I am vaccinated and foresee no problems of entrance for myself. However, some in my party are not vaccinated and are using recent diagnoses / negative tests to travel. They are considering joining me in Germany during this time. Current restrictions state that anyone who has been in the US as recently as 10 days must be vaccinated to enter Germany, unless they have an important reason other than leisure according to [this website](https://www.germany.info/us-en/covid-19/2321562). From my understanding these restrictions were set to end May 1, but were extended to the end of May.
Is it likely that the restrictions will end May 31? Or is it more likely they will be extended through June? I understand no one can predict the future, but any information on travel restrictions would be greatly appreciated.
