The issue is that things like attending protests can sometimes get you convicted of terrorism, and sometimes foreign nationals are coerced into drugs smuggling by violent criminal enterprises.

  13. now the question is; how many people died in Saudi prisons, police or military custody that hadn’t received an official execution sentence.. surely both of those two statistics are rather important in this regard.
