Sorry, maar een ramp is dat allesbehalve. Voor het aantal reizigers dat vanuit Herentals naar Antwerpen gaan, zijn er echt gigantisch veel treinen.
Uitstekend want ik moet daar veel rijden met een goederentrein en dan rijden die losers niet meer in mijn weg.
I just stopped working at infrabel (IT). That place is a dumpsterfire. I have never worked with so many incompetent people in key positions in an organization in my life!
* Language issues still persist (French speaking people still feel superior)
* Project timelines are never respected and delayed, EVERY TIME, and nobody cares.
* Expensive consultants are hired that contribute nothing and nobody cares.
* If 10 people work in a department, 3 people work. 7 people hang out. I am not even kidding.
Disasters are waiting to happen.
After moving to Belgium from NL I regret it, Flanders pretends to be NL infrastructure wise but Wallonia just doesn’t care at all. Either way I’ll be moving back r/fuckcars.
We need more trains not less trains. Nmbs is one of the big reasons we are so car dependant
As someone who takes the now cancelled train everyday. It was noticeable in the last few weeks, the train was regularly cancelled due to ‘onverwachte afwezigheid van het boordpersoneel’.
I’ll be happy to have only one train an hour where I used to have two trains, only ten minutes apart. And to share that (very full) train with lovely teenagers and students return with their oversized suitcases from their kot.
