I’m sure Charlie Kirk *was* killed because a nutjob disagreed with his political views. The disturbing thing about Trump’s tweet is that he now thinks that’s *justification*.
No-one ever said Kirk’s killing was justified; at most they said that it’s ironic whenever someone who promotes gun violence gets killed by gun violence – but no-one on the left suddenly thought gun violence was a good thing or that it’s okay to blame a murder victim for “making their killer angry”.
