If they are truly that antisocial, why would they care? They’ll just close the door and move on with their lives.
Huisbezoek helps! A guy I know had a lady’s dog shit in front of his door and she walks off without picking it up. He confronts her and she gets all huffy and walks away. He grabbed a kitchenpaper, picks up the dogshit and follows the woman home, once he knew were she lives he smeared the dogshit all over their front window. Lots of drama, small town and such, but nobody ever shat anywhere near that guy’s home again
