President Dan participates in the Summit of EU’s Eastern Flank States in Finland, on Tuesday

President Nicusor Dan will participate in the Summit of EU’s Eastern Flank States in Finland, on Tuesday, after which she will pay a visit to London until Wednesday.

On Tuesday morning, he will visit the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, in the city of Espoo.

Later, he will participate in the Summit of EU’s Eastern Flank States, with the first working session focusing ‘The EU’s Support for the Eastern Flank Countries’.

Nicusor Dan will also participate in a working lunch – ‘The Security Environment of the Eastern Flank’ – followed by a discussion on the theme ‘Securing the Eastern Flank – A Way Forward’.

Finally, the Romanian President will speak at the joint press conference of the leaders participating in the summit.

On Tuesday evening, the head of state begins his visit to the United Kingdom with a meeting with representatives of the Romanian community, at the embassy of our country in London.

The president’s visit to Finland began on Monday, when the Romanian head of state met with representatives of companies in the defence and aerospace industry in this country.
