even if all countries will see increasing hospitalizations,**not all will see restrictions or lockdowns**
for Southern Europe,this could be more like a very bad flu season than a pandemic winter

Strange selection of “Western European countries”. Britain, Belgium and Ireland are at a similar level as Germany, the Netherlands are only slightly lower.
