  1. Omg yes, Evri’s the absolute worst around Christmas, legit nightmare for parcels. Always a gamble if your stuff actually shows up on time, if at all. I swear they have some secret Santa’s workshop lost in their warehouse. Total vibe killer.

  2. Yep, they are awesome this year: they lost my steam cleaner, then simply never showed up for a collection I booked with them.

  3. I noticed in the Panorama doc that they didn’t once mention Evri are just a rebranded Hermes, who were also absolutely terrible at their game and rebranded because of poor customer response and ratings.

    And here we are again

  4. “your package will be redelivered on the next working day” and it’s been a month.

  5. They’ve lost mine and my neighbours parcels a few times this month. I know because they keep delivering their parcels to me instead of the right house.

  6. I must be one of the very lucky few that has a great service from Evri. My courier is great, always on time and if I’m out will put the parcel out of sight in the requested place. Never had an issue with them.

  7. Now… deliver.

  8. my package was “held” and i had to contact evri, i did repeatedly, for a week before i gave up and got a full refund, then another week afterwards the package just showed up lol, take that evri (got to keep my refund too)

  9. Decided to order a Christmas jumper yesterday. Website said ‘order within three days to ensure delivery before Christmas’, so I did so.

    Then I saw, while reviewing my invoice, that delivery was with Evri.

    In fairness, they didn’t specify that I’d receive it in time for Christmas 2025. Just ‘Christmas’. I expect it within the next three business years.
