Princess of wales re wearing her Alessandra Rich Dress (first seen in 2019)
Tom Skyes was wrong (again)
Oooooh looks like Charlotte drew the short straw and had to sit in the middle seat today. Hahaha
Question: why are there so many photos of the royals taken while they are driving, through the windows like these? Is this as close as the photogs can get? Thanks!aa
I’m confused at the one pic of William driving a clearly fully occupied car with Kate and the kids, and then William again driving a car but nanny Maria (nice to see her btw!) is in the back seat. Are the pics of arrival and departure?
Im glad to see at least some of the royals wearing seatbelts. 🫤

Why is the nanny going to lunch?!
meanwhile, most of us peasants are toiling away as the week before christmas is terribly busy. would die for a “pre-christmas lunch” rn.
Maybe a dumb question but, do they not have tint on their windows? Is it just crazy pap cameras?
Then a pre-Christmas dinner (cooked and served to them, not by them), and then pre-Christmas festivities (set up and decorated for them, not by them) at one of the palaces, then Christmas lunch and dinner… Then a well deserved Christmas vacay in Switzerland!! 🙄
fun fact- when the royals drive themselves, it signifies a private family event. when they GET driven, it is a public event. helps keep boundaries and expectations with the press/public, etc etc. that’s why there’s always proof of them physically driving themselves instead of a chauffeur.
Love the Van Cleef & Arpels earrings ✨️.
Catherine’s not wearing a coat. I remember a few people were nitpicking Charlotte not having a coat to the Christmas Carol even though no one (in the Wales family) other than Catherine had one on and she had to stay outside to greet people.
Who is that in pic 10?
Are school children in England on Christmas break already?
Kate looks like she just walked off an 80s sitcom.
I wonder if they have an expressed cut off for who gets invited to this event every year? Like Frederick Windsor is The King’s mother’s cousin’s son. What even is that? How many people removed? At what point does one say, “ok we’re far apart in blood now that you’re not invited.”
I’m from the south where families tend to stick together, I actually do know my mother’s cousin’s adult child, but we’re not particularly close and I probably wouldn’t invite her to a family dinner. I feel like if your distant relations are royalty there’s an added incentive to try and stay close to them, I wonder how that works? Like when George is king will Frederick Windsor’s kids (likely adults then) be invited?
Out of curiosity I just went up a generation, the Duke of Fife is the kings 3rd cousin and apparently not invited, so maybe anything beyond a 2nd cousin of the reigning monarch is the cut off?
