Berchtesgaden, Germany. Tags:Europe 15 comments Such a beautiful place Great photo! Beautiful! Is this in the Alps? Nice place, wouldn’t mind having a vacation home there… Went there last year, the photo of my gf at this exact location is still my lockscreen picture. Very good memories! That’s a super beautiful lake. It actually is turquoise, especially after rain, but of course not quite *that* vivid — exaggerated colours as always. In the background you can see Germany’s highest waterfall, Röthbachfall! TIL: It’s not “Berchtesgarden” Thank you so much for sharing this! I wish people post unedited version of these. At the moment it is one of germanys hot spots with a incidenz or nearly 1000. How’s the water? I really regret not going there earlier in Autumn. l’m wondering why Berchtesgaden feels unlike any other German village l’ve been to? Maybe it’s the mountains and lots of international tourists. Obersalzberg is interesting too. Especially in the summer. German alps ? I live in French Alp and I would love to visit other alp place in Europe’s Beautiful german lands Leave a ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
