Hi,
a few friends and I were in Croatia near Trogir/Split a few months ago. When we drove to our vacation home, we suddenly discovered a huge parking lot in the middle of nowhere, next to it was a sign saying this parking lot is funded by the European Union.
Since then we have been puzzling over what the purpose of this huge parking lot is when there is nothing around. We thought maybe someone could bring light into the darkness here and knows what the purpose of the parking lot there is exactly.
