The UK government make it very clear to British people not to go there. Specifically too they point out issues for people with dual nationality. What more can be expected to do?

Didn’t she admit when she was released that they told her quite openly that she’d been arrested over the debt and wouldn’t be released until the government paid it off?
There’s no indication that the PM’s comments made any difference at all to her situation.
It is astonishing that this man occupies the highest office in the land.
I wouldn’t trust him to organise a piss up in a brewery.
