How can it be a bad thing? We should be proud of it and hope there will be even more!
I guess you meant POV?
According to Worldbank data, 54 % of Luxembourg’s area is agricultural land. Then there’s more than 50 % protected areas and about 10 % built areas. Luxembourg is bigger than you might think, by at least 15 %.
Prisoner of War? XD
It’s is percent of total area, so maybe a bit misleading. At least it would be nice to see also the rankings by total protected area. It feels like you are cherry picking the metric. For a very small country it would maybe be much easier to get the first place.
i don’t have a prisoner of war. I think you mean POV instead
You leave my POW alone!
Don’t try to be cool by using initials you don’t master.
Yes, it is a good thing. The more the better, even if real estate gets expensive. A healthy environment has no price.
I call that a country with prudent priorities (BS about the real-estate market aside)
Point of wiew?
Great – I love Luxembourg’s forests
My prisoner of war appreciates it very much. That’s the secondary reason he’s staying in the country.
Can somebody find out how much that percentage has changed since the lux gov is partly green? I’d love to know how much the green party might have contributed to this.
