Europeans being hit with inflation, cost of living crisis, houses that are too expensive to buy as a first, increases in food, health system overloading etc etc etc.
I don’t understand why there is always money for war but never for the poor?
I’m guessing this means fighting to the last Ukranian?
I don’t quite understand the reasoning here. We are going to be sending 90bn to a country that doesn’t have enough soldiers to continue fighting, and that’s in the middle of a corruption scandal with their president heavily involved.
Going all in on the Russian economy blowing up while there are no indications that it will actually happen? Labelling it as a loan to calm outrage as you well know that a country in ruins will never be able to pay it back and will need a lot more loans to rebuild.
It sounds to me like Europe is irrationally scared of Russia.
Zelenskiy and his cronies are salivating like crazy over that amount of cash that is being given for them to embezzle.
Amazing how EU basically ignored the massive corruption scandal that took place just a few months ago.
> In early December, Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever reportedly said, external, “Moscow has let us know that in the event of a seizure, Belgium and I personally will feel the effects for eternity”.
So the mafia state managed to intimidate him.
The funniest part is the one I just can’t wrap my head around, thank god today is Friday before Christmas week so I can indulge in a lot of beer: Hungary, Slovakia and Czech won’t pay a penny. This donkey here however…
And yesterday EU delayed the Mercosur deal, burying it forever probably. What is EU going to do next? Fast track Ukraine to EU?
