  10. I honestly have no idea how we can get out of this. So basically anyone can be detained and that’s all there is to it. 

  12. This is unironically the scenario I’ve presented to explain how dumb ‘no due process’ is to the few MAGA remaining in my life. Even if you have documentation there’s nothing stopping these goons from just saying it’s fake and shipping you away.

  22. I don’t see how we can have a sense of justice if carrying a document that proves your legitimacy can be simply disregarded as illegitimate by the person who is incentivized to call it illegitimate. 

  23. Kidnapping and transporting the victim across state lines is a major federal felony. Hopefully in the future all of the agents and personnel involved are identified, tried, and convicted for their part in this major crime.

  28. This is where the “if you’re legal and doing nothing wrong, you don’t have to worry” argument falls apart.

  29. They can and will arrest you no matter wha documents you have, who your parents are, or where you were born.

    They can will eventually start deporting people no matter what documents you have, who your parents are, or where you were born.
