Hi! This is me! I posted a thread a few weeks back about my mould ridden hovel’s

He’s also part owner of a mould-ridden unlistenable discography
Why can the government not be proactive and find landlords not registered with the RTB? This woman is availing of HAP yet the property isn’t registered.
It shouldn’t be that difficult to find rentals just like this using their own data and fine them!
You might say, “it’s falling to pieces”
Is getting paid by the state for his mould ridden uninhabitable garden studio. The system is a joke. A landlord shouldn’t be eligible to receive a hap payment unless the property reaches a basic liveable standard. But that would cost FF/FG votes, so we have the honor system instead and pretend enforcement from RTB.
This woman should sue the landlord, the local authority and the RTB for all the delays and medical bills.
Well done to this woman for getting this noticed. I bet the issues will be solved quickly now. But why does she have to get onto the Irish times to shame these wealthy greedy scumbags?
If they want to solve these problems they can do one simple thing. Assign revenue commissioners into the RTB to find and start dealing with all the unregistered properties.
The revenue commissioners would solve this tax dodging overnight. But FFFG don’t want to upset their landlord friends.
How is it that 15 years into this crisis that the rental market is still not sorted with fair and reasonable protections for tenants?
It’s by design. This is gov policy.
There’s likely more culture in that mould than the music The Script ever released.
