We went to Caws Cenarth farm this summer and spent a fortune but was worth every penny, really delicious cheese. Enjoy!

Got my Cradocβs as well. Went for the Black Bomber instead though. Snowdonia Cheese Co. are so good.

I suggest sipping some” Welsh mountain” while nibbling your cheese and crackers. I discovered it at the Welsh Denbigh show , and it’s beautiful. They sell it at Tesco now.

Perl Las is an astonishingly good cheese! π If you can get hold of it, give the Blaenavon cheddar a try. It’s made just up the road from me and excellent. π
Stumbled across the Snowdonia Cheese stall at the Cardiff Christmas Market, never knew they had a truffle cheese but Im currently on my second truckle of Truffle Trove.
I love Cenarth Brie from Martin and the Perl Las is great if you love Blue cheese. Used to sell a lot of it. Did you know Cradocs are made in England? Oh well, they are a Welsh company. Look out for Hafod cheddar and Caerfai cheddar and caerfilli.
I picked up a caws cenarth hamper for my dad this Christmas. Wish i’d got on for myself now
