How close is the nearest prominent hill (150m on all sides)

  1. That colour scheme feels like it should be inverted.

  2. What surprises me most is Orkney and Shetland. I don’t remember the land wavering more than a couple of metres in height.

    Actually, now I think about it, Hoy is quite hilly. But apart from that…

  3. Blessed that I can look out of every window in my house and see a different hill, all of which are over 600m.

  4. I like the colour scheme, if you’re in the white bit you are a legend, albeit with wet feet

  5. Central Scotland, in a place called the “Hillfoots”, that’ll give you an idea of the distance i stay from my nearest hill!

  6. I never realised Britain was an island full of Marilyns and Munros.

  7. thats not right for Dundee, the Law is 147m and the sidlaws are about 455m

  8. I can walk up the next street over for 5 minutes and be on the forestry tracks up into the hills – or walk for 90 seconds the other direction and be on the shore line.

  9. South downs gang. Southern island of hills surrounded by a flat expanse of wasteland to the north
