2. Russia will soon have to set up **”Lebensraum”** type of facilities to boost their population. It will require:

   1- forgoing monogamy in favor of polygamy: will need the Russian Orthodox Church to support.

   2- camps will have ratio of 10–20 women for every male.

   3- selected males will have to pass a variety of genetic & medical screenings (unless they’re politicians in the politburo, or Duma).

   4- after every successful birth, woman will rotate to a different partner.

   5- any abnormalities noted, will increase scrutiny on the “parents.” If one is deemed “defective” they will be removed from the breeding cycle.

   6- if current, nature methods of impregnation are deemed “too inefficient” then a more scientific method would be implemented: every woman’s cycle will be monitored for optimal fertility, and each male “contribution” will be divided and extended to impregnate as many females as is reasonable.

   7- of course, pairings & combinations are monitored to ensure as much genetic diversity as possible.

3. Just curious how Ukraine gets or estimates these statistics? Since the Russians presumably don’t give them out.
