Most likely Belgian. Slovenia has a different version, the F2000 S, with a distinct picatini rail

That weapon looks like it came straight out of Halo.
Belgium gave them those guns so they could be rid of them. I used to be in the Belgian army and I can confirm that the F2000 is a piece of trash. My unit only kept a few of them just to use the built-in grenade launcher because the rest of the gun simply doesn’t work. It’s also a nightmare to clean.
Man, I still think those are some of the funkiest guns out there. I love the design.
