  1. C'est deja vu encore apres encore! Having owned a money pit, known as a historic house, I have total sympathy and no jealousy for those who own them. Once you finish one project another starts until you are back to the one you started on.
    One can question if they are worth the money and effort; yet at the same time it is sad to see art and heritage die.

  2. The government of France can take some of the money being sent/wasted in the Ukrainian war and instead redirected it to save its many cultural heritage sites.

  3. Eliminate all taxes on the properties and associated businesses. Require a minimum investment based on revenue each year. France would benefit greatly in the end.
