American College Theatre Festival Severs Affiliation With Kennedy Center

1. I was one of the playwriting finalists when I was in college. I wrote a short play that was performed at the Kennedy Center, and we spent a few days beforehand meeting successful playwrights who gave us workshops. It was what cemented my decision to become a professional writer. I’m proud of the organization for standing up for their beliefs!
