Austria’s highest Christmas post box, located at the Pitztaler Glacier ski area, will be staffed by an angel on Christmas eve, the centre has announced.
The angel, will help children compose and post their Christmas wish lists at the Christkindl Post Office located at 3,440m.
“Of course, we can’t guarantee that every wish will come true – but whoever hands their wish list directly to one of the angels has the best chance,” a Pitztal spokesperson confirmed.
The full Christmas Eve itinerary includes the opportunity for kids to write a wish letter to Christkindl, helped by the angel and some painting templates and other creative options.
There’ll also be festive musical entertainment, Christmas treats, tangerines, nuts, gingerbread and more, Austria’s highest ski centre promises.
