Sky Propulsion – A Rocket Artillery munitions factory has now been fully approved in Denmark

The article linked was a bit in a hurry, and somewhat confused. But its finally approved in December 2025.

Due to regional needs, a Danish production facility was approved December 18th, to produce high end 400mm 1.800 m/s fast Jose-1 GMLRS, by skypropropulsion.com. Intended to the Danish Israeli PULS MLRS systems, and smaller ones for drones and airdefence. PULS is comparable to the US GMLRS launced by M270, HIMARS, MARS II etc. Jose has a 200kg payload, and comes with even thermobaric main charge.

The factory is already being build in and around a Vandel NATO airbase ammunition bunkers, and a gravel pit area. Facilities will be build as prefabricated transprtable modular units. That ensures production flexibility to demand and scaling. Their NATO approved and proven precision production techniques, is new to EU, but they will secure availability vendors inside EU without external dependencies. This high tech Ammunition can be supplied to Ukraine, EU/NATO and free western alliances without any US or Russian influence.

But first they will start with highend 122mm Grad rockets at competitive prices and with double the range from the original.
