  3. It’s a little known trivia fact, but France is indeed the country with the most time zones on the planet.

    OP’s infographic mentions 12 time zones, which is still the most out of any other country, but France actually has 13 time zones counting the one in Terre Adélie (claims in Antarctica).

    The sun truly never sets on the French Republic.

  6. To be “beautiful data” it *really* should have a footnote on the visualization itself about including (recognized) overseas territories. Otherwise most people looking at it are going to immediately think to themselves “that can’t be right”.
