Well you know how bad it is when someone is getting their mends administered on a McFlurry spoon.
A few days ago, a colleague of mine was whinging about the Health and Social Care levy, saying that families should look after their sick/disabled relatives.
We work for the country’s largest funder of Health and Social Care research. She has absolutely no excuse for holding such a stupid opinion.
Just a thick cunt
Of those that can get help, it’s woefully inadequate, a lot of care is bloody poor, and no one seems to enforce standards or ensure the ones receiving care are happy with the service.
In fact, one can’t even get in touch with bloody adult social care.
Adult social care in my area seems very well paid to do absolutely nothing, and whatever they do, do is woefully inadequate and incompetent.
Not getting the help and support you need is terrible, however, what you will get, if you ever do get something, won’t be much better or much help.
