Seeing a windmill on radar is not the same as “interference”. In fact, most people using radar on the sea or in the air, would want to know that the radar could pick it up.
Windmills are the perfect opportunity to put new elevated radar antennas further out to sea away from the coast to increase detection time and over the horizon area. They can improve National Defense not hinder it!
