Revithousa buzzing with LNG activity

[InTime News]

The LNG terminal on the Saronic Gulf islet of Revithousa is filling up with American LNG before the end of the year, strengthening its role as a strategic energy gateway not only for the domestic market but also for the wider Southeastern Europe region.

LNG deliveries for power producers to meet increased demand for electricity as temperatures drop across the country have increased activity in the Saronic Gulf.

On December 20, Metlen unloaded a fresh cargo of liquefied natural gas at the Revithousa terminal.

The cargo was transported by the Cheikh Bouamama tanker, which reached the unloading station with a quantity of 534 million kWh.
