Since January 1st, 2025, 214,591 foreign citizens from 38 countries included in the visa-free list visited Belarus, most coming from neighbouring Lithuania, Latvia and Poland, sb.by reports with reference to the State Border Committee
According to the source, since April 15th, 2022, 1,256,327 European residents have visited Belarus – most coming from Lithuania (662,014), Latvia (404,295), and Poland (132,289). In addition, as part of the extended visa-free regime for thirty-five European countries, 57,729 foreign citizens have come to Belarus since July 19th, 2024.
As recalled by the State Border Committee, the President of Belarus made a decision to extend the visa-free entry for citizens of 38 European countries until December 31st, 2026, inclusive.
