Another week has passed, and it’s time for another LA Kings‘ weekly prospect update. This weekly prospect update was highlighted by the Kings 2025 second-round draft pick, Vojtěch Čihař. Čihař represented Czechia in the World Juniors (U20) and registered four points (2 G, 2 A) in two games, including a three-point game in a 7-5 loss to Canada.

He was also on the receiving end of a check to the head against Denmark, but was able to finish the game.

The 18-year-old forward played on Czechia’s top line in both games, and his speed was evident. He will be joining the Kelowna Rockets (WHL) at the conclusion of the tournament. For now, he will look to help lead Czechia to a fourth straight medal (Silver in 2023 and bronze in 2024 and 2025).
