  1. Battery technology is going to see so much growth over the next few decades. Electric cars will be cheaper with more range and faster charging. Really cool to see things like this!

  3. TLDR: Company is going to use SPAC gimmick to be publicly listed on NASDAQ under ticket FAC (for Factorial). They have promising tech but aren’t actually mass producing or shipping anything, so still mostly vapor.
