Definitely super old, since it says West Germany. Can’t help with brand, looks like a generic packaging
As i always find searching for manufacturers interesting, i did some search.
Ended with: many companies from that time that were indeed smaller producers were labeling their products as just “Western Germany”. Aurora borealis model, which i expect you have because of top right marking, are made with special coating that was first made by austrian company Swarovski, but they actually licensed further to small german producers.
When you search for Western Germany Beads Aurora Borealis you should be able to find similar items and maybe so find actual producer / brand.
