I’d say the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Lakes, etc could easily beat the Chris lights and proven to be mentally healthy for you. Once daylight comes all you will see is litter, fake Canada Goose coats, vape shops and Uber drivers doing Ill advised u turns. So in hindsight I’d say nearly everything can beat street lights.
