I love my brother

  1. King Charles has the opportunity for the best bit of Royal banter ever seen.

KC as he is about to place the medal: To you
KC as he pulls it away quickly: To me!
KC: just kidding – To you!

  2. When I was at uni I was so excited when I heard Paul Chuckle was coming to my local nightclub. Unfortunately for early 20’s me, I was kicked out for being absolutely ratarsed before he even came on.

  3. Interesting fact: the surname ‘Chuckle’ comes from the Proto-Indo-European word “*choo-klay*” meaning “inefficient mover of ladders”

  4. I hope when Paul broke the news to his loved ones over text they had a similar back and forth of “to me”, “to you”.

  5. As an immigrant who will hopefully be getting my citizenship next year hearing about all these (internationally obscure at least for my generation) British celebrities on here is real helpful for my integration into the culture.

Sometimes I swear these people sound made up though. Paul Chuckle???

  6. Mr Chuckle is said to be a keen Rotherham fan. At watching yesterday’s game he is said to have said ‘Oh Dear Oh Dear!’

  7. I went to see the Chuckle Brothers live during my student days. Not in an ironic way either. Unfortunately it wasn’t a Student thing either, it was during their actual ChuckleVision era and was a family show at a quite big location. I bought two tickets but my friend refused to go after he saw the queue consisting of kids with their Mums / parents. I still went and got to meet them both afterwards for a signed photo. Then met up with said friend and got drunk all night. Woke up the next morning without the signed photo so phoned the pub we had been at all night hoping it might have been left in the lost and found. After asking if somebody had handed in a signed Chuckle Brothers signed photo I got the reply (in a Welsh accent) “Oh fuck off!”

  8. Bless him, rest in peace to his brother. Gone too soon.
